Providing a consulting service to apply for subsidies of environment educationalfunds

Absrtact	The results of implementing the project are as follows: 1. In order to enable full understanding of subsidized civil organizations for project management, assessment and project closure processes smoothly to improve administrative efficiency, we proposed the rules of environment educational funds for review, management and assessment in 2013 and 2014 respectively. And in order to make civil organizations are subsidized by EPA understand clearly in executing and closuring the project, we held 4 explanation sessions in Hualien, Kaohsiung, Taipei and Taichung during December 2012. 2. In order to make subsidized civil organizations to fully understand in applying project expenditures after the project finished, we held 2 explanation sessions about doing annual project expenditures in Taipei and Taichung during April 2013. In addition, during the period of the project execution, in order to enhance administrative efficiency, we assigned a project staff, that is at least 3 days a week to EPA (Environmental Protection Administration), is responsible for project expenditures application and closure...etc. 3. In order to achieve project target and performance expectation, we participated directly in 20 activities, which were held by subsidized civil organizations for environmental education, to make sure them fulfill plan jobs. 4. We invited 35 judges to attend a judge meeting on October 4, 2013 and discussed with them about score calculation from performance report written and presentation at achievements publication meeting, the standards of distinguished award winners...etc. all results were as the basis of score’s principles and standards in the achievements publication meeting. There are 320 people attended 2013 achievements publication meeting which was held in international conference center of CHANG YUNG‐FA foundation on November 23, 2013. Civil organizations are subsidized by EPA must display their annual plan performance by presenting and exhibiting posters. Finally, there are 27 distinguished award winners and 2 poster best popularity awards are chosen from judges and 102 units, and the winners were awarded the prize by EPA Minister at the awarding ceremony.
